You can feel we love the sport the first second you walk in the restaurant. Walls are decorated by many well known Czech ski racers, old skis and sledges and also by many trophies won by our young racers who represent Sport Academy Špindlerův Mlýn.
Stunning American stove will keep you warm in the winter months. The capacity of the restaurant is 45 seats. We serve buffet style continental breakfast and two course dinner for our guests.

You can look forward to mainly Czech cuisine but also a selection of different salads prepared daily which compliment Moravian wines by Miloš Michlovský. If you fancy a french wine we get you one from Hotel Pod Jasany which proudly offers the widest selection od French wines mainly from Burgundy, Bordeaux but also from Cotes du Rhone, Provence, Alsace and Loire Valley region.
You can then pair some great wines with hand made chocolates by Lucie Glaister who is more then happy to talk about her chocs personally with you!
